SOLID CUSHION TYRES

Rubbertech Make Solid Rubber Cushion Tyres are manufactured based on the latest multi-layer tyre building technology in which the tyre’s integrated layers of varying hardness are made up of different formulations, incorporating the requisite special properties to yield a perfect and homogeneous tyre with long life and low heat build up on tyre's tread patterns enable for easy steering, lesser rolling resistance and better traction and tread compounds are made up of natural & synthetic rubbers to give better abrasion resistance during services. The cushion layer of tyre gives cushioning effect which results in driving comfort and also minimizes the consumption of forklift parts by isolating the vibrations and core portion of the tyre reinforced with high tensile steal bead wires which enables better grip with rim.

Heat/Oil Resistant Solid Tyres

Special Application Tyres

HEAT RESISTANCE TYRES : This type of tyre generally used in where ambient temperature is higher than normal that ordinary tyres can withstand upto 500C whereas heat resistance tyre may withstand upto 1000C giving a considerable trouble free service life.

OIL RESISTANCE TYRES : Mostly Factories/ Warehouses / Refineries Floor surface are laced with Oil, Grease, Acid or any other harmful chemicals those needs a special compound particularly as the tread portion to accommodate the service condition to resist tyres used in said environment.

ELECTROSTATICALLY RESISTANT TYRES : For areas where static built up poses hazards such as in explosive related Ordnance Factories or similar sectors.

USE : These type of tyres are being used in Ferro Alloys industries where the forklift/charger are moved near induction furnace. Presently we are manufacturing these type of tyres in press-on-band segment. We are developing this in cushion tyres segment also.


Non Marking Tyres


NON MARKING TYRES : Non marking tyres are generally white in colour where clean floor surface is require particularly in Pharmaceutical, Beverages, Bottling plants, Food Processing Industries & Dairies etc. just to eliminate black , dirty marking on floor for clean and dust free environment. These type of tyres are manufactured from non-carbon black fillers to avoid black marking on the floor while using the forklift inside the factory and also are manufactured with reinforcing white fillers and necessary chemicals to give same life as that of tyres with carbon black fillers. To match the surface/vehicle we offer different colors of tyres to suit your requirement.

Press-On Tyres

Rubbertech Press-On Tyres are made of unique tread compounds, high quality bonding agents & compounds to ensure fool-proof bonding between the rubber and rim yielding long life for the tyres. The press-on tyre rim is made of high quality steel maintaining close dimensional tolerances just to avoid operational problem and resultant to bonding failure.


• Rubbertech brand press-on band tyres are made for battery operated forklifts of any load carrying capacity.

• For battery operated forklifts, the life of the battery is more important to meet this requirement our tread design ensures lesser rolling resistance, optimum grip with compromising load carrying capacity.

• The steel band used in our tyres, are made with zero tolerance for perfect fitment with Hub.

Press-on Tyres come with non-marker treads that offer pollution-free and tyre-marks-free service. Their much significant contributions come from their Enhanced Service Life (high abrasion resistance) and High Energy Efficiency – an off-shoot of Silica-Silane Technology – a contemporary standard in modern automotive tyres.
We offer smooth press-on Tyres meant for special purpose Flat-bed Industrial and Port Roll-Trailers. These Smooth tread press-on tyres offer unmatched riding comfort due to their low-bias and rigid construction.

Applications : Ideal for goose-neck or other types of Roll Trailers in Sea Ports.

Solid Rubber Tyre Moulded on C.I./M.S. Wheel Protect floors and quiet operation with our rubber wheels. Rubber is molded to harder rubber core.
